Kokatat have been making their range of GORE-TEX drysuits on a made to measure basis for a long time, and it's one of many reasons why the suit is so popular. Last year they introduced a tool to not only make it much easier to order but it improve the amount of customization available. You can now have your suit fit your body perfectly. For exampe, if you have a long body and short legs, or vice versa; if you can measure it, they can make it. Awesome. Gizmo is the name of the tool.
